I guess I'm a slow learner

I am sure this has been asked thousands of times on this board, but I'm so confused! What activity level do I use? I work in retail and I am on my feet all day. I'm back and forth to the inventory room and all over the sales floor assisting customers. When i'm not doing that I am standing behind the counter on sales calls or assisting customers on the computer. Now when I get home I sit on my (hopefully) reducing butt. I work 9-12 hours a day 5 days a week. I put my level as light active. Is that right?
