I am new to this site. I just discovered it yesterday! What an awesome application. I've been on the 15 - 20 lb see-saw battle ever since I had my children. I've tried a number of diets, exercise plans, etc. What I've learned most is that I have a short attention span. That being said, I am an active person and recently took a close look at what I've been eating and that seems to have made a difference in the last month. Anyway, I'm looking forward to utilizing this program and meeting new people.
Also, if someone could direct me to the spot that explains all of the goal acronyms, that would be helpful.

Welcome 2 MFP, everyone is really great here I haven't been here very long but, have made many friends...all of which are very helpful and supportive.
The App is pretty easy to use...I just pretty much read the FAQ and caught on just fine. Log in daily ur exercises and foods you eat stay within ur calorie limit or slightly under.0
