-I do some of her videos sometimes, but I don't know if it actually works. Some days I seem to get an ok work out but I'd like more feedback from people-0 -
oh and also, do you log it under walking? aerobic? circuit training? because you do more than "just walk"0

Hey! I love Leslie! I do her workouts 5 days a week! It has built up my endurance and has made me feel more energetic! Last year when I was doing her workouts I lost about 30lbs and after three weeks of doing her workouts I was able to run over a mile without having to walk! I think her style is awesome and I just love it! Oh last year I went from a size 22 to a 16. I got pregnant and had a baby about two months ago and her workouts give me more strength and energy to take care of my three toddlers and new baby!0

I do her DVDs too...a few times a week. It's stage 1 of my start to run again plan. I log it under walking and in the 3 weeks I've been doing Mfp and the vids I've lost 8.8 lbs . I do a lot of other videos too though, so who knows what's really helping the most?
I log stuff like the biggest loser bootcamp DVDs as circuit training...my personal opinion is if I use more than 2pm weights, it's no longer "just" walking.0 -

I log mine either under 4.0 mph walking or low impact aerobics, according to my logging I burn the same amount of calories with each.0 -

I lost about 10 lbs in a month just doing her free online Start! Walking videos available on ExerciseTV.com. After two and a half months the basic walks are now more of a warm up or something that I do when I only have a short amount of time and not a lot of energy. The Boosted walks are still challenging enough for me though. Her vids helped me work up to 30 Day Shred and now I am doing Ripped in 30 but I still supplement with the walk at home stuff.0
