I love weeks where everything falls into place

About 4 months ago I was around 240lbs, which totally shocked me because I didn't think I could possibly be more than 215. I hadn't weighed myself in over a year. Since then I've been eating less and jogging 3 times a week. My weight loss has been steady but slow, except for 2 weeks where I lost only a fraction of a pound. On the 16th I weighed in at 212, on the 22nd I weighed in at 209.6, and on the 24th (today) I weighed in at 205.6. Since I've been at it for 4 months and never saw numbers like these I know it's more of a fluke than anything, but it feels good when you have a week like this out of nowhere. To everyone out there plugging away trying to drop some pounds, here's to hoping you have an exceptional week too. If not this 1, there's always the next :D
