Hey guys,
I'm at the gym tonight and going to do 40 minutes of HIIT (High-intensity interval training)
The problem I have when I do this I don’t feel like the machines calculate your calories correctly.
As you sweat allot more doing this, then if you was doing normal cardio training....
When I update my Exercise logging details should i just say what calories i burnt??
Because deep down I know it will be more then what the machine would say?
Also I do a quick intense weight workout afterwards to...
What should I put on my exercise logging details to keep it as accurate as i can?
Any ideas?
Thank you...

Your best bet is to invest in a HRM (heart rate monitor) and use that as your calorie burn rather than the machines...I found out, after getting mine, my calories burnt on just the treadmill were more than double what the machine said....and doing strength training, I know I sweat a whole lot and I keep the HRM going during that as well to calculate.0

or you can get a body bugg arm band (there are other brands too). I prefer this to the HR monitor for comfort and ease of use.0
