my goal is to add 10 pounds of muscle and pop out my Abs..SIMPLE!

    I walk around with my abs sucked in just to keep my stomach from falling over my pants, I should have a killer six pack under all this fat, hopefully i'll see it by may:) welcome!

    I'm new here too! Trying to get motivated to exercise more and lose the last 10-15 lbs to get back to my happy weight! Good luck!

    on the contrary i hope to gain muscle mass..hopefully its muscle mass..not fat mass ..yikes
