what Supplements for muscle?

so i have began more of a balanced workout some cardio and some muscle. i have noticed my muscles are building up. one of my friends asked me if i was using any supplements, and i got me thinking and i looked about, and there are so many supplements i dont know where to start.

my question is do i need supplements? .

i want to build a little muscle.
i am happy with my legs as i have always had good legs, but would like to have defined muscles on my stomach and build my arms a bit.

i want both strength and endurance

    To actually build muscle on calorie deficit would be tough. You actually need a surplus. Protein and creatine are proven supplements for muscle building.

    BCAA's too. Very helpful for lifters. They support recovery.
