Need Some Motivation.

I've been using MFP for a while and I don't have many friends that use it. And having motivation would be great! :happy:

  • I use it everyday and all day long. It's an addiction. Just like my workouts w/ Beachbody. So you have some motivation here from me. Dig deeper and dont give up. Do your best and forget the rest. :smile:

    When you hear that voice in your head that tells you that you can't workout but you are tired, tell that voice to shut up and just do the workout even if you are tired then you can try at whatever level. Once you get done w/ it you will be so happy that you did. If you did not do the workout you will regret it.

    Same goes for eating. Before you put something in your mouth, ask yourself if that is really fueling your body to function the very best it can and if you are truly hungry. If its not and you are not then dont eat it.
