So tonight i am having a girls night in with my sister which is going to mean domino's, doritos, finger food and dvd's.
Before MFP i would haven't have given a second thought about what i would be consuming including the large amount of calories. However today i have prepared for it, eaten low calorie, healthy but filling foods for my breakfast and lunch and then done over an hour of exercise to give myself an extra 700 calories.
I know it's not going to be the best food in the healthy area but feels like a step in the right direction that i now consider these things and can plan out little treats like this :happy:
