Food Inc, King Corn, also....maybe there's the one from the BBC lady. It's not a film but a series, and I really like it. I'll try to find the name and see if it's available
Here's a list to review for now

It is hard to find any documentary without political connotations. Food, Inc. is great though.0

I think the show I'd look for is "You are what you eat" with Gillian McKeith0

True...it's probably better to watch several with a critical eye and ear. Pick and choose what take-away points resonate with you. That's what I do.0 -
It's not yet available on NetFlix, but the heath documentary that changed my whole family's life is "Forks Over Knives". Roger Ebert gave it rave reviews. It is still showing in some theaters and is available for purchase on their website and on Amazon.
It approaches food from a health-centered angle and shows how eating right can eliminate heart disease, prevent cancer and diabetes. The data was so provocative that I continued to do research on my own afterward. The more I learned (by reading arguments to the contrary as well), the more I became convinced that this is the most logical way to live.0 -
I rocked back and forth in a corner in a fetal position for three days after watching Food Inc.0

This one used to be available on youtube but BBC pulled it. Definitely sobering, if you can handle watching autopsies.

I really liked "You Are What You Eat" it wasn't completely full of political mumbo jumbo, and it had a lot of good facts and things to think about.0
