I used to have a Winsor Pilates DVD, dont remember which one. but it was great.

I have a Denise Austin one that I really like. If I do it 2 times a week (3 is better but I've been a slacker even on the 2) my body feels so good. It really does feel longer & leaner!
I like that you say life begins at 50! I just turned 49 so the best is yet to come!0
