Does this happen to anyone else?

A couple weeks ago I sprained my knee. Although it's much better, I still get soreness in it. Well last night I had to take some tylenol PM for it. And everytime I take pain medications I get the munchies real bad. I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same effect on pain medications or if this "weirdness" only happens to me.
