Good Sugar vs Bad Sugar???

So I went and changed my food setting so it shows me how much sugar intake I have, but it lists sugars in fruits, which I know fruit has natural sugars in it but is it on the same level as sugar from a candy cane... I would think sugar from fruit would be better because its not processed or refined .... so how do I track my bad sugar vs good sugar or is it really all the same???

This question is asked over and over. I asked it in the beginning, too. I gave up tracking my sugar when I realized I went over after eating a banana and drinking a glass of milk. I know when I'm eating healthy sugar and when I'm not. There is a difference between the two. Just eat sugar in its natural forms (in fruits, vegetables, and complex carbs) -- no white or refined sugars (moderation doesn't work for me) -- and you will be fine.0
