Going over my Fat intake

So, how bad is it if I'm -20 on my fat? I know it's from the 2 tbsp of Mayo I put on my sandwich at lunch. I can't stand the taste of low fat mayo and I love my mayo. I've already cut back on how much I put on to begin with. Everything is else is in the positive numbers. Am I setting myself up for fail?

what else is it from? I've recently cut my fat intake and have noticed where I can cut to reduce it.

I was going to ask a similar question. I'm shooting for 25% fat (25 protein and 50 carbs), but my fat intake ends up being around 35 or 40. It's all healthy stuff - olive oil, Peanut Butter, Greek Yogurt, and I feel full and satisfied and meet my calcium, fibre and calorie goals, so I figure that its OK.

Is there a down side I'm missing?

    I'd say 35 or 40g is good. I shoot for 48g.

It says I'm allowed 43 a day. Yesterday I got

    2 creamer in my coffee
    2 instant oatmeal
    2 bread
    5 slice of cheese
    3 lunch turkey meat
    4 almonds
    5 dark choc kisses
    8 Cobb salad
12 from the dressing I put on it ( I was super hungry and my homemade Italian had separated and I was being impatient)
    and then
    20 ALONE from the Mayo

The day before I was -14 at fat. It's the only thing I'm going over on.
