Daily Goal Posting

My bro suggested that I have one different specific goal everyday to stay motivated. Some ideas are: drink 9 glasses of water, park in the space the furthest away from where you need to go, eat a new veggie, eat your five servings of veggies, try a new workout...
Today my goal is to take two ten minute walks outside during breaks (don't count it as exercise, just mediation time).
If anyone wants to try this with me, become my friend and let's focus on one day at a time together and share our goals:)

First of all, I love your signature!
Second, Ive been doing this so long I think my goal everyday is to just get through the day without regrets(in diet and everything else) and if I do have regrets turn them into lessons learned, then praise God for that lesson! Have a blessed one!0
