Maint calories

So I have been eating close to my maint calories for the past few weeks. I went for a physical yesterday and my doctor said to stop losing weight now that my BMI is below 25. That was my motivation to get back on track and stick to my 1lb/week goal of weight loss. Weird I know, but I have exactly 4 weeks until vacation in a bathing suit and I would love to lose 4 more lbs.!

agreed...25 is the top of the healthy BMI range and 18.5 is the low #. As long as you are not below that, I don't see what the big deal is.0 -
I know. This is the second dr that told me this. My goal of 148 is right in the mniddle of the healthy BMI range and I am 161 now. I still have 13 lbs to go so I don't get why they are so set on me stopping my weight loss. Oh well, it motivated me anyway.0
