Give it time. The skin will start to bounce back. Especially if you're young. Mine did. Same thing with pregnancy. It stretches way out, but over a year or two it goes back to "somewhat" normal. :-) Also, slow and steady weight loss will help this...drink lots of water to keep the skin healthy...and strength train! :-)0

It takes time to get firm and I am not a fan of exercising, but would suggest that you use some cans or light weights while watching television or just standing and doing sets of lifting and bending and things like that can help you get firm and tone. Also highly recommend Zumba. hope this helps.0

It takes time for the loose skin to tighten up. If you are younger, it might tighten up on its own. Younger skin has more elasticity. Unfortuately, a lot of it has to do with genetics, how long the weight was on, how old you are, etc...0

I have a friend who lost a lot of weight very fast and his skin sagged on his stomach and arms. He used to wrap his stomach and it made him feel better until the skin took better shape over time. I also suggest very light weight with a lot of reps to tone the areas.
--edit-- the most important thing is to feel good about losing 50lbs!!!!!!!!!! don't be depressed, that's such a huge accomplishment!0 -
Are you doing any toning exercises?0
