I’m 40 yr old female, and have about 20 lb to shed (I would like to loose 40 lb, but let’s be realistic).
I manged to go down 5 lb from the beginning of the month just from updating the food diary. It makes me more conscious about what I eat. I hope to be able to go back to my cardio routine soon (I like jogging outside) after I’ll recover from a nasty tendonitis.
Although this is my first post, I’ve been reading a little around the community and would to thank all the active members. I get inspired from your success / progress stories, got some advice and had some good laughs.
So thank you all and I’ll stick around.
