How much weight?

I need help on how to log part of my strength training. If I use two 15lb weights and do deadlifts, bicep curls or anything like that - do I log it as using 15lbs or 30lbs?

I believe you log it as 15lbs because it is in each arm.0

I guess that would be a personal preference. I log the weight for one dumbbell.0

I would probably log 30 lbs, since both are exercises you can do with one bar and it would equal the same. Kind of like you would log 3 sets of 20 total instead of 3 sets of 20 for right arm and 3 sets of 20 with the left. Probably doens't make a difference though.0
