Normally I would say this isn't worth putting in there, but I chased my 12 lb poodle with his toy around the house (literally ran laps around the house and tug of war) for about 20 minutes?
Aerobics low impact?
I broke a sweat!
Haha!

well... running has never really been considered "low-impact" based on the pressue placed on the knee so I don't know if I'd necessarily say it was "low impact aerobics" pretty sure jogging is on the list of exercises, you could always check the exercise database and see if walking/jogging/running of an appropiate type and intensity is on there... that would be my main suggestion, or if you really think the running/playing tug of war with ur dog was intense enough you could always put it under "circuit training", maybe?? good question though!0
