Ok.. so I usually run daily. Normally for only 30 minutes, sometimes less, sometimes more, just depending on what my body is telling me.

I've been sick the past few days. Stomach virus. YUCK. So my usual running routines have taken a backseat. I am feeling a thousand times better today and I really really really want to run again.

What are your experiences with getting sick and returning to your normal routine? Rusume activity the day you're feeling better.. wait a day.. wait two days?? I have a feeling waiting another day would be the best idea, but I don't wanna!!

Advice and stories about your own experience would be appreciated :flowerforyou:

As long as you don't need to run to the bathroom go for it. Drink extra water as the stomach flu is know for dehydration:)

I would just take it easy at first. Just start with maybe a brisk walk, then if that's okay, up to a jog, and so on. :)
