For me: Drink lots of water, workout, or take a diuretic.

Don`t chew gum. Try to breathe through your nose and not your mouth, mouth breathers get bloated faster.

If all else fails then Spanx??

    I concur. . . WATER!

There are a lot of things that can contribute to bloating though. . if you are eating new foods, also I would stay away from high sodium/processed foods as well. . . .

I upped my water intake since I'd been slacking on it AND watched my sodium. (1500mg or less as goal, personally) Approximately 16 cups of water, 5-10 bathroom trips, and 24 hours later? A pound off the scale! (Hoping the pattern continues!) Water and sodium (and carbs sometimes). And depending on YOUR body. There isn't a set one size fits all solution I don't believe.

Best of luck hun!! You can do it!!

If you put a little bit of lemon juice in your water it reduces water retention which can also cause bloating.
