So I was trying to be creative this morning/afternoon with my meal and this is what I cam up with:

INGREDIENTS:
1 tomato basil wrap (smart and delicious 100 calories)
3 egg whites(51 cals)
14 pieces turkey pepperoni (50 cals)
1 slice fat free cheddar cheese (kraft-35 cals)
Baking powder and baking soda (i like the texture it gives)
salt and pepper

1. Mix egg whites with salt, pepper, and a little soda and powder. I add it for texture and I used it in a spanish egg recipe in high school so that's where I got the idea. You dont' have to use it if you prefer, it is a little weird.
2.Heat pan and spray with non stick zero calorie spray.
3. Pour in whites. Lift at edges while cooking to allow uncooked whites to seep unerneath. Add pepperoni when cooked to desired liking. fold in half and place on wrap.
4. Respray pan and replace wrap with eggs on it into the pan for a crispy wrap. Add cheese on eggs.
5. Fold wrap over eggs and flip to crisp up other side.
6. Place on plate and enjoy!
