I am in decent shape, the only real fat I have on my body is a small amount of fat on my stomach. I'm researching the most efficient and healthiest way to lose this fat however I am find lots of conflicting information that is confusing me. I'm finding a lot of things that say building muslce and strength training helps burn fat, but I've read that I need excess calories to build muscle. However I've also read that you need a calorie deficit to lose fat. Does anyone out there have any good advice on which information I should follow?
