Spice up your water.

So recently i've been adding things like oranges, lemons and limes to my water to give it a little more pop and keep my water intake up. Anyone else have other ideas of things i can add to my water?

    Fresh mint leaves and fresh cucumbers

  • Omg I do the same thing. I swear it really works! I'm going to try fresh mint and cucumbers but a friend of mine uses cucumbers and cantaloupe.

    I add a tea bag to my water! :tongue: but seriously - many of the teas you can buy have very good things in them and can brew just fine in room temp (if you just want to add a touch of flavor). I like the Stash brand with Ginger and lemon!
