Hello my name is Tenesha this I am new to this my co-worker recommended this site to me. I am loving all the information it has very informative. I have been on this weight loss journey for almost a year now and slowly seeing progress. I am hoping to find someone who lives near me to go work out with in the mornings or on the weekend. I think when you have a support system you are more successful at least that's what I feel works for me. :smile: :smile: I am 34yrs old I have three teenage boys and I'm ready to live my life and be more active with my boys.
