Any of Billy Bank's Tae Bo work outs? I was maybe thinking of trying them out, but wanted to know some opinions before I actually went out to by one or two.

I tried them out about 12 years ago and absolutely loved them. Make sure you start with the one that discusses all the punches and kicks, especially if you've never done any martial arts before. I got them from the library to start with, and once I knew I really liked them I was willing to buy them (after I'd renewed them at the library as much as I could, then waited a week and checked them out again).

I have the old VHS (basic/light intensity for beginners) and a moderate intensity DVD. They both kick my butt!!

Have them - LOVE THEM but tend to get bored of the music and the constant counting! BOY OH BOY do they work though! I have the regular series and then the Tae Bo Amped. When I am looking for a change in my cardio I do Tae Bo. It is hardcore! :)

I used them years ago and got amazing results within a couple months, mind you my food was bang on too.

I just recently pulled them out again and still love them. I've been training for a couple races this month so I'm not doing them too much but plan on getting right back into them shortly and definitely all winter. I like the TaeBo Advanced. Old school VHS but it's great.
I have the Boot Camp 3 pack DVD's but haven't gotten into them yet. I still go back to the other because of the results I saw so quickly.

I have the old VHS and some of the DVD (not most recent ones), but I love Taebo! You can find discounted ones on like an amazon so that you can try it first to see if its for you. But it really works for any fitness level and weight...
