I eat and enjoy-- and guesstimate-- see if there is a "homemade bread" in the database and take your best guess. One or two pieces of homemade bread aren't gonna kill you-- enjoy!!0

Awww, just eat one piece one day, and the other another day, and if you're that worried about it, get in some extra exercise. That's what I'd do anyway. I don't always know what's in some stuff, and am too darned lazy (and not THAT anal  ) to worry about a homemade goodie now and then.0

This: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp
is a great site to calculate your recipes--enter in all the ingredients, and it will devide by the number of servings. If it's too much work, just guess. Sounds yummy though--make sure you eat it!0 -

It's easier (I find) than sparkpeople. You just type in the ingredients, how many servings, and it calculates it without having to look through a bunch of stuff.0 -
thanks! This will help but I will use a little of everything from each of you:) Love you gals, denise:drinker: :bigsmile:This: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp

You didn't have amounts for the water or the milk, and it didn't recognize the starter or the yeast package (if you had the amount in tsp or tbsp, it would have) but with the other ingredients, each loaf is 1879 calories. 17.2 g fat, 8.2 g saturated fat. 31 mg cholesterol, 3677 mg sodium, 376 g carbs, 13 g fiber, 49 g sugars, 48 g protein. You can take these numbers and divide it by the number of slices you made.
This only took about 30 seconds to get the info, and another minute or so to type it here. It's a CalorieCount is a wonderful site!
*edit - If you go to the site, and add the milk and the amount of yeast in a packet, it will change your numbers somewhat.0 -
thank you darlin, I will have to try it, I have the page and I still have my old account there. I had joined that site on Oct 6 but then found mfp and fell in love with it.
