Do you record the one-week-a-month weight gain?

I'm having a water-retention week instead of a weight loss week. Grrrr. Any thoughts on whether to weigh/ record these weeks or not? I like seeing it's a monthly pattern and not just because I ate too many potato chips one day, but obviously hate seeing the higher number after all my diligent work...

I only record losses... So if I don't lose anything at this week's weigh-in, It will be 3 week since I recorded anythinig. :-(

Nope. :) Usually I just don't even bother to weigh in at all that week.

I don't. I know what the reason is and I don't think I need to punish myself by recording that I gained when I know it will be gone in a few days.
