I feel like eating my workout calories defeats my workout. Why exactly are we supposed to eat these and if I don't eat them, will this hinder my weight loss?

The short version is: to keep your metabolism working efficiently and yes, not eating them has the potential to hinder your weight loss.0 -
Simply put. Eat them. It's soooo much better to keep the weight off if you eat them.0
