... I read this story and my heart just burst. I find the loss of life tragic in general, and having so many friends and my beloved in the military makes these types of stories even more painful for me ... and then add in a dog and I'm just a goner!

    I saw it earlier today. I'm not an emotional guy, but this was just too much.
