Newbie but so excited to have this site!!

My company has partnered with a local gym and they picked 12 people from our office to form 2 teams of 6. We work with a trainer 3 days a week for an hour and then 3 days on our own or in the gym. It's a 6 month program and it's kind of like Biggest Loser except we don't vote people off!!! It is a once in a lifetime opportunity!!! Our team name is the Miss Fits and I could not have asked for more supportive, encouraging teammates!!! Our trainer told us about this site so we have all joined!!!

It's only been a month and we have seen dramatic changes already!!! Can't wait to see what happens after 6 months and then even further into the future!!!

So glad to be on this site!!!
