Overtraining? How long to rest?

I became concerned about my physical and mental state lately and found i am probably experiencing the symptoms of overtraining. Night shift + not sleeping well + calorie deficit + daily workouts = weak, exhausted, sore, and emotional me.
How long and how completely should I rest? I also raised my calories to maintenance for now, to see if extra feeding will help the fatigue and hunger...is that a good idea? I was set at a deficit to lose .5/wk, and my current weight is less than a pound from goal. If it is the right thing to do, how long should i keep it there?
Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions!

A pound from goal? Goal should be a range, not a specific number, as weight fluctuates 5 (and in some cases, even 10) pounds in any given 24 hour period. You definitely should be on maintenance. As for overtraining, you should always take at least 1-2 days off per week.0
