I have been doing them for about two weeks, low intensity but still I think is useful, what do you think?

    I used to do the biggest loser workout, bootcamp was the one I did with Bob.
    I liked it alright...I kept it up for 1.5 months and lost a good bit of weight but I was also bored watching the same thing every day. The last day I did the workout I didn't break a sweat, so thankfully my Turbo Fire prgram came in the next day!

    all-in-all it was a great starting point for me personally.

    I haven't done any of The Biggest Loser workouts, but I've been wondering about them a lot. I love Jillian MIchaels: 30 Day Shred, and I love the show The Biggest Loser. Just wondering which ones are better for begginers, since there are so many out there.
