So Many Things!

Eat too much. Not eating enough. Work out too little, work out too hard! Sleeping enough, but also not running out of time in the day so you dont get stressed trying to do everything. Counting every calorie, fat, carb, and protein. Drinking protein shakes that are gritty no matter how much you mix it. Sodium on EVERYTHING. One bad day can set you back so far! There is just so much to remember and do, and it sucks when the numbers dont reflect your hard work, or when you slip up (like I did tonight) and feel like crap. Lifestyle change sucks.

Just give it time. It'll become second nature to you to eat healthy, workout, get to bed at a certain time, etc. You'll get to a point where the bad days start to decrease because you realize it's just not worth it. Just keep at it. My thoughts are: we've eaten bad our whole lives (- - amount of years), we can take 6-12 months out of our lives to get healthy and feel better about ourselves. Good luck with everything!0

Whoo! You are way too young to have my 41-year-old feelings! I agree with you that there are so many things to keep on top of and it can be overwhelming. One step at a time is all we can do. Giving up is not an option, you can do it!0
