I neeeed HELP!!

I haven't been on here in well over a month and I have gained some of my weight back UGH and I am having issues with the lapband!!! If there is anyone out there that has had it message me and lets talk lol... I also kinda want to wait to get started on here after the holidays but I know that is not gonna happen cuz I will just keep gaining ugh... I am a terrible person for falling behind and getting stuck and not doing what I am supposed to :( I sometimes just think I am done and I am gonna just stay fat for the rest of my life cuz thats just what I have been since kindergarten haha... I give up!!!

    There is no giving up on mfp! Look inside you, you know you can do this and we know you can do this too! When you fall you just need to pick your self up and keep going.

    Hmmmm funny I always find someone on her who encourages me. YES I said encourage. You just reminded me there is no time like the present (no, not christmas present!)

    I have been in plateau since 2nd week of November. I tried all the tricks and changes to break it, but alas no weight loss in 5-6 wks. I certainly have not given up, but today I decided to look back and see what I have done and not done.

    I need more exercise. I was thinking...I will start on Monday to go back to 1200 cals, exercise 30-45 min a day and see what happens.

    Because of your post, I am starting RIGHT NOW. There is NO time like the present. I am going to put up post it notes on my kitchen door. One for each day of the week. When I have exercised that day, I will throw away the post it. (not save it...cuz I want to see it GONE!)

    I will stay within my calories, eat my exercise cals, and exercise each day for 2 weeks. I will not weigh myself until the 2 weeks are done.

    Ok so that is my plan, what is yours??

    You are not a terrible person! You reminded me that we all need to remember we are not terrible people we just sometimes do terrible things.

    DON'T GIVE UP! Keep trying and remember every bit you do right is benefitial to your health!

    Don"t give up! Even if you are in a rough patch right now, you can do this. You have already done a lot!
    I was down yesterday then back up half a pound today and didn't do anything "wrong". It can be frustrating! :grumble: I was overweight as a child all the way until I was 16 years old. That's when I lost my weight through diet and exercise. I've been up and down since then, but never back up to where I had been. The difference in the two lives is amazing. The energy and health aspects alone are worth the aggravation and the slowness of the process. You hang in there. We are here for you. You are worth it. You deserve the best. You can do this!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
