Hello everyone! I am new to this and am hoping this helps me to lose the weight I would like to drop. I am 31yrs old. The mother of 3 wonderful kids. Ages: 11, 9, and 3. I like working out but managed to have a few bad days that turned into a few weeks. I have never really counted calories before so I hope this jump starts it. I have a couple medical issues that make it easy for me to not want to get up and do the work to lose the weight. But I know when I was working out a lot before I felt better. If u have any pointers to share please feel free to.

I think counting calories and portion size is huge, I know since joining I have been conscious of what I eat because I know there is a public log of it. I also think that anytime you can workout no matter if it's just 20 minutes, is better then none. Just going for a walk is good if you can't get to the gym. I think you will really enjoy the site and all the people and tools here to help you.
Good luck.
