New with Questions about MFP

Hi! I'm new to MFP and have a couple questions. I've been using MFP for 4 days now and I really love it---I'm definitely going to use this tool. (Had to try it out first to make sure). A couple of questions for those of you who have been doing MFP for awhile:
1. When did you see results and how much are you losing per week? (I know what is healthy; just want to hear what real people are doing.)
2. How does the calorie deficit work? Can you save up calories for the weekend?
3. I am planning on exercising while using MFP as that is already a regular part of my lifestyle. But, just curious...anyone seeing results from MFP without any exercise at all?

I lose on average about 1.1 to 1.3lbs per week. I try to be as close to my goal as possible, some days I am under, some over, but as long as it averages out for the week I am okay.
I lost around 15 lbs without exercising at all. I just recently added running to my routine, but before that I wasn't really doing anything.
