Eating is my enemy

Hi all I'm Dusty and I'm new to this site but not new to wanting to lose weight. My two biggest problems are I can't seem to get up and get moving, as well as I have kept my body in starvation mode. If i eat I eat junk but I have a really hard time eating healthy. Mostly because i have a really hard time finding foods that i like that are good for me, they also need to be quick easy to make and not very expensive. If I could find a meal that i love the taste of thats good for me as well then i wouldn't have a problem. But I'm always left with giving up and grabbing some chicken fingers and french fries or a bag of chips. My worst enemy has to be dairy. I love it but not only is it fattening I'm also lactose intolerant. Does any one have some tips as to what i should do?

  • Are you open to speaking with a nutritionist or taking a cooking class? Sounds like $$$ may be an issue, so if not, do you have any friends that you could lean on for some cooking tips? Maybe even a "Cooking Light" kind of cookbook would help. And raw veggies require very little effort to buy & prepare and they transport well. Oh, I feel for you! Best of luck!!
