So you guys were talking about Christmas decorations. Mine is, I change my two porch lights to red and green lights - and I didn't do it this year. Couldn't change two lightbulbs.

Yesterday, I walked and did some elliptical - I didn't have time for a bike ride - everything was in 30 minute segments. Today - whatever I can get in - hopefully gym. I'm still feeling some ill effects from some bad brie from Friday night, so I may not push too hard.

Happy workouts!

Mary

My cleaning binge took three hours yesterday, but it's tidy in here now, thank god.

Someone told me a quote the other day that really hit home: "clutter is a physical manifestation of procrastination". Oof. When the apartment is out of control, it drives me out of control. Also, I put out my creche and hung some Christmas ornaments on the chandelier, so it feels a bit more festive.

Today I'm going to the gym for a cardio/weights session. The good thing about scaling way back on the working out is when I do go, I feel like a superhero in the endurance and strength department. I'm considering two days off when I resume a normal life. . .we'll see how I do with that. . .I might consider going back and forth between two days of yoga, three days of cardio and three days of yoga, two days of cardio weekly. . .

How many SBFers does it take to screw in a light bulb?
V, come clean my house! You know it needs it!!!:noway:
Steve just took Alex to church with him. Alex gets very excited about getting out now since we don't get out during the week. It's 24* right now and a little breezy. Highs in the mid 30's today and tomorrow. Fun!
I have really been struggling with depression that last 24 hours. I know it's hormones because things are actually better than they were a week ago. I think I am down because I am still not 100%. I still spot some. I am just getting weary. At least I have a little break this morning and can rest. I am so looking forward to a nice warm shower! That's first on the list! Maybe that in itself will make a world of difference in how I feel.
Have good work outs today! Mary get better!

Well at least someone got some nice weather even if it was in the 30"s. I am still watching the snow fall and we have a foot to a foot and a half. My husband shoveled the porch roof off so we could find our dish for the internet. Then I went snowshoeing for two 15 minute bouts. Then started shoveling. Got tired after a 1/2 hour of that. Tomorrow will finish that. My boss called to say no school tomorrow. Guess the town can't get it all plowed in time. I plan on doing a little snowshoeing everyday to build up to 30 minutes non stop. Right now I just snow shoe up to my daughters and then back down.

Having trouble logging in food at this time of the year, but will try to do better. I did get my waters in though. Finished all my chocolate covered pretzels for my kids on the bus. Hope we get to go to school on tuesday so I can give them out.

    See you all tomorrow.
