Another lifting NSV!!

I have to say that my absolute favorite of my workouts is my Olympic lifting class. I just love it. Since I started it in the beginning of June I have seen such an improvement in what I can do.

Today I set three new personal records. I did front squats with 95lbs., a clean and jerk with 65lbs., and just a clean (I couldn't manage the jerk) with 70lbs. and I couldn't be happier. I'm also a lot more flexible with my squats and able to use more weight for goblet squats and other things with weight. I'm really proud of myself.

    Good job! Full body movements are the way to go!
