So, I'm curious about everyone's home workouts. My husband and I are complete opposites in this regard. He's taken up 10 minute trainer DVD's in addition to jogging and biking. I love the jogging and biking, however, I have learned that I HATE short workouts!!!! I'm very uncoordinated, so trying to mix all these exercises together and do them quickly just gets me all ticked off!
So, instead of getting my workout in 10-30 minutes, I work out for an hour doing the Walk at Home DVD. It's an awesome workout, and I'm not tripping all over myself trying to do it. Well, to be honest, I was a little at first. :embarassed: I'm tellin ya, RIDICULOUSLY uncoordinated.
My husband LOVES his quick workout, and he's seeing results. I love mine and so am I. I figure, if you don't enjoy it, you won't do it, even if it doesn't last long.
So what works for you guys?

Just started Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred, and it is kicking my butt.

    Zumba is also amazing.

Though I think good cordination would be required for both sadly. Most of the short ones are high impact and quick.

I actually do like 30 day shred, but I had to watch it a couple of times first, and then it took me several pauses during to figure it out. Haha! I very much like to know what's coming up in my workout.

I like P90X, Turbo Jam, and Insanity for workout DVDs. They give me the most calorie burn and the most sweat!

I also can't get in to those short 10 minute workouts...UNLESS I do like 3-4 of them in a row, hehe.

But you are so right! We have to do what we enjoy and will stick with. I would personally die if all I had was 30 Day Shred. I can't stand Jillian. It's a great workout...if you can stand her. Same with P90X. I mean, some people don't like Tony. I can't figure out why, lol, cause I love his corny jokes. But if one workout was for everyone, there wouldn't be so many out there!!!

you have to do what you enjoy, but mix it up so you don't get stuck
