ok so i work during the day as a bartender/waitress. in the morings i am up getting two kids ready for the day and one of them off to school. after that i head to the gym. then i drop my youngest off at daycare, get ready for work, then go to work. tues-thur. i only work about 4 hours and mon and frid. i work about 10hrs. sat and sun i am off. when i get off work i pick the kids up and then run any errands i have to do for the day. (grocery shopping, shopping, going to the bank, ect). Then i come home and cook dinner and pick up the house a little. at night i am mostly on the couch doing my homework for school. would you consider this as active or lightly active?

It sounds to me if you're only really sitting down in the evening, but most of your day is filled with running around either doing errands or working, where you probably don't sit much at all, then this would be considered active.0
