If you've skipped a day, do you still count it towards your 30 days or do you only count days you actually worked out on?

Also, do you work shred every day or do you give youselves a day off to rest??

Happy Friday everyone!!

I've skipped, but I wouldn't count the skip days as part of the 30 days. :)
  • I took one day off each week. However I actually did each level for 2 weeks before moving on. I had not exercised in years when I started it. So for me it was a 60 Day Shred :blushing: LOL.

I took a couple of days off and then added them on at the end so that I had a full 30 days of actually shredding.
It is designed though that you're not supposed to have 'rest' days, you're supposed to do it all the way through for 30 days in a row.

That's what I figured because nowhere does she say about resting. I guess that's the whole "schocking your body and losing weight fast". I haven't actually worked out every day (I've taken a day off every week), so I think I will just add those to the end.

I count the days I actually did it. Level one took me 14 days to complete because I skipped 4 days but I never skipped 2 or more days in a row.
