    sodium - no, close but no cigar.
    challenge = no, sorry i'm out all week on this:cry: . just afraid of moving the wrong way and pulling stiches.....

    extra: 70 minutes treadmill & elipical. (with no arms)

    monday: extra - 120 minutes treadmill + 45 minutes eliptical = 165 minutes...

    i'm on a misson to exercise my fat off this week.

    Hey Ladies!!!

    I had 10 cups of water yesterday! :drinker:

    I plan to get some great work iin this week...the zombie challenge is STAIRS so I'll be double dipping that with my ZUMBA and JUST DANCE with my daughter...hahaha:glasses:

    I actually did the Windshield Wipers for today...WHOO HOO (last time, I couldn't do all 50)
    Not sure if I'll be under for nurtrition but will report later!!!
