I just wanted to say for all the East Coast people out there, please be safe and hope you guys have evacuated!!! I pray that every one of you will be safe!! Good luck!~Brittany

I don't have to be evacuated but i do have to be careful. I'm very close to the areas that will feel tremendous affects of the hurricane. (( please everyone get that GO TO PACK ready))) and your emergency plan, just in case.0

Trust me, regardless of where you are in the path, you NEED to be prepared for at least two days without power in the TS watch/warning areas and a week (or more) in the hurricane watch/warning areas. Water, batteries, non-perishable food, ice, candles, etc. I've already had to school my family on how to prepare, since that's all I seemed to do when I lived in Florida (for 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons). Please, don't get complacent.0 -
I'm in FL and all we got was some wind and a little rain.. nothing bad at all. Our summer storms are way worse. Praying for those on the northern coast as it looks like they will be hit pretty hard.0
