I drink vodka with club soda and lime, which is about 65 calories. Any liquor and zero calorie mixer is a safe bet.0

slim gin - gin and slim line tonic0
-
Rum & Diet Coke w/ Lime0

I drink Malibu Rum and water. (If you like coconut) about 65 calories per shot.
When I need flavor, I use the "to go" packs of crystal light and add it to the water and rum, which adds another 5 to 10 calories depending on flavor or even brand of "to go" pack you use.0 -
I supplement with beer. If my caloric intake is 200 calories below after dinner, I drink two 100 calorie beers. CHEERS!0

Gin and slimline tonic is my tipple0

Guiness, lower than most, and so much better and worth it haha0

I found this sparking flavored water called Sparkling Ice (made in Canada), and I mix the pink grapefruit water with a little white wine for a spritzer. Or, a light beer.0

I drink vodka and diet coke.
But if you only drink a little (and occasionally) just earn the calories to have one or two of what you like to drink (wine? beer?)0 -
Southern Comfort (2 ozs) and a 12 oz can of Coke Zero ( only 4 calories)0

I'm an expert at this. Drink hard liquer(vodka, whisky, rum) mixed with diet soda, in a TALL glass.
The tall glass does two things. It makes the drink last longer, and it provides your body extra water to counter the dehydrating effects of the alchohol. Diet sodas are 99% water. Soda water is also an option, but I refrain from that because it tastes terrible. Jack and Diet Coke in a tall glass is my drink of choice. In your mind, try to make each drink last 30 mins or longer.
Also, eat a healthy meal 30 mins before you go out drinking. This way you won't get hungry while drinking and and order a big plate of nachos or something.0 -

I drink the sparkling Ice water too...I found mine at Kroger and they are always on sale 10 for $10.0

what i do is vodka, water and crystal light, or diet coke and rum, light orange juice (like tropa 50) and malibu0

I do a rum and diet or some kind of Absolut with soda water. Either one of those is less than 100 calories.
I work my drinks into my calorie goals and make sure I dance those nights to burn some off!0 -
I'm a tequila drinker all the way... Instead of margaritas, I ask for a shot of good tequila (Don Julio Anejo) over ice with 2 -3 limes. Voila..a simple margarita with very little calories!
--oh, I've also added a Drinks category to my food log...that way I can keep tabs on my drink calories---0 -
Dont go out to a bar unless you work out that day. Do lots of cardio! Hit the gym or the pavement with some running shoes! I dont go out Friday nights because I rest Friday, go to bed early for my big Saturday run! Saturday night, I can guzzle as much as I want! Also, Saturday's are my 'free day' - I eat and drink what I want!0

just had 360 calories (food) for lunch and 658 in drinks. Not good. Time to ditch the Ale and move on to G&T's and read wine. Keep up the fight!

Cristal! Hehe...its too expensive to drink too much, and it smells like cheese (in my opinion) which somehow curbs my appetite.0

Gin and slimline tonic is my tipple
WTH is a tipple?0 -
I usually drink a glass or two of wine ... I am allergic to artificial sweeteners so just have to make sure I am ready for the calories of the 'real' mixers .. My favorites include rum and ginger ale, gin and tonic, vodka cranberry and crown and coke. Always in a tall glass over ice.0

i mostly end up drinking white wine or vodka and lemonade0

Wine cooler- 2 ozs. of red wine, seltzer and a slice of lime. 40 cal. and keeps you hydrated. For an non-alcoholic version, substitute black currant juice for the wine.
