Today while my family went and had a KFC Take Away i made myself a nice healthy BBQ Chicken Salad.
I've also noticed after looking over my exercise diary that i've increased the amount of time i was spending on each thing. E.g. i went from 15min on the Bikes to 30min on the Bikes.

Yeah i was surprised at myself as well :P
I've also just bought some scales to use at home and cording to these i've lost 5stone since using the gym ones a month ago :S? so i think the ones at the gym were a bit off0
