September 120 + Miles Walking Challenge
Starting Weight - 148.5 (Thursday 1st September)
Week 1 – 22 miles and 148 (Thursday 8th September)
Week 2 - 24 miles and 147.5lbs (Thursday 15th September)
Week 3 -27 miles and 146 lbs (Thursday 22nd September)
Week 4 -31.5 miles and 144.5 lbs (Thursday 29th September)
Total walked 104.5
Total lost 4lbs! WooHoo! I'll take any loss I can get!
I cheated a little and added a walk this morning. Twilightrealm, thanks for the challenge, it was a good one!!0 -
I cant beleive I lost 4.4lbs this week. I am currently 16st exactly and my goal was to be under 16st for the end of the month which I think I can do in the next couple of days. This has been such a good challenge for me to build up strength in my legs to re--introduce me into running for the next few months, but I will keep up the long-distant walking forever. And wow 122 miles walked!!! (with a 5 mile walk planned for tomorrow)
Without sounding too much it was great keeping up with those who checked in each week and seeing how you all were doing as well. I hope you all continue to do great.

I really enjoyed this challenge. I discovered some new hiking trails, made some new friends and lost a few pounds! It doesn't get much better than that.
WAY to GO!! 123 miles in a month... that's fantastic! 3lbs is a pretty good weight loss for your small size, too! Keep it up!0 -
