This is a five minute recipe!!!
If you are missing creamy pasta dishes while trying to eat healthy this totally hit the spot for me.
I used salmon from a pouch, but you could use tuna, chicken or just make it vegetarian. You could also use ANY kind of 98% fat free "cream of" soup, I just happened to have cream of celery.
You just throw all of these things in a skillet!!! Everything is pre-cooked so you are just heating up and melting the flavors together.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms, sliced (1 cup)
98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup (1 can)
Shirataki Noodles, drained and dried (8oz package)
Salmon, drained (1 pouch/can aprox. 5-6oz)
Green Onions, chopped (2 stalks)
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
The key is to really get the shirataki noodles dry before you mix them in (they retain a lot of water).
